How we ship:
All orders ship UPS ground or USPS unless stated otherwise. "Oversized products such as PBX's, ship by truck line." Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, but may take up to 12 business days.
Oversized Delivery Items:
Some products we sell are Oversized Delivery. These are generally items that are too big to be shipped through UPS, Federal Express or the Post Office. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. If you order an Oversized Delivery item, you will be contacted by the shipper within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery to set up an appointment for your merchandise.
Important! Someone must be at the delivery location to receive these items, as they require a signature for delivery. You will be required to assist in moving the packages from the truck at the time of delivery.
All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm ET are shipped the same day, and should arrive to you within 2 to 4 business days in the continental U.S.A. Not all products are available for 1-Day shipping. Most items ship within 24 to 48 hrs and are received in 1 to 4 days. Any order that ships directly from the manufacturer may take 1 to 2 weeks to receive.
